The services are delivered 100% online, daily, from Monday to Friday, at pre-established times between 06:00 and 21:00, Brasília time zone (UTC / GMT -03: 00). We will be able to increase or decrease pre-established times aiming at better service, as demand.
To access the services, it is required:
Technology: already have an internet connection: 4G or wifi; and a device, such as: smartphone, tablet, notebook or desktop computer with camera; and ZOOM application already installed and operational, as well as a free space for classes.
Health: fitness to practice physical activities, through a term of responsibility provided by this platform or, preferably and where required by law, medical certificate.
We provide:
Technology: through this platform, links to ZOOM sessions to connect to our services.
Health: through this platform, a questionnaire to collect information for physical evaluation, carried out online by the Personal Trainer.
We do not provide:
Technology: internet access, internet connection support, devices, device support, camera support , ZOOM application support.
Health: medical certificate, prescription, medication.
